Dr. Nandiki Gangadhar Reddy Elected JAE President as Association Begins a New Chapter

Outgoing President Janardhan Sahoo and outgoing General Secretary Dr. Sumantra Misra provide continuity and guidance for the next phase

Bhubaneswar, November 2, 2026: The Juggernaut Association of Entrepreneurs (JAE) has entered a new chapter with the unanimous election of Dr. Nandiki Gangadhar Reddy as President at its Annual General Meeting in Bhubaneswar. The AGM combined a review of the association’s journey with a leadership transition and discussion of future priorities.

JAE’s purpose and journey An entrepreneurial association can help business owners access peer knowledge, professional contacts and potential collaborators. JAE’s broader purpose is to encourage entrepreneurship, facilitate business networking and help members identify opportunities for development and collaboration. Its next phase will depend on translating these aims into regular activities, practical programmes and value for members.

Outgoing President reflects on the journey Outgoing President Sri Janardhan Sahoo reviewed JAE’s journey over approximately a decade. His remarks reflected on the association’s development and the importance of renewing member involvement. He noted declining participation as a concern and proposed unanimous selection of the incoming leadership as a way to strengthen unity and continuity. His guidance provides the new governing body with an important reminder that an association’s strength comes from collective participation.

Dr. Reddy’s leadership approach Dr. Nandiki Gangadhar Reddy brings an engineering and industrial background to the presidency, with experience spanning manufacturing, green construction and technology-oriented enterprise development. His priorities include improved institutional funding linkages, industrial parks, sector-specific clusters and incubation facilities. These areas could help entrepreneurs move from business concepts to well-planned and operational ventures.

Outgoing General Secretary’s contribution Outgoing General Secretary Dr. Sumantra Misra presented a report on JAE’s outreach and institutional engagement, including activities connected with the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy’s Concentrated Solar Thermal initiative. His reporting underlined the value of maintaining institutional relationships, documenting previous work and communicating opportunities to members. Preserving this organisational knowledge will be important as the new team develops its agenda.

The new governing team The newly elected governing body comprises Dr. Nandiki Gangadhar Reddy as President, Badri Narayan Samal as Vice-President, Manoj Kumar Nayak as General Secretary, Prakash Kumar Pradhan as Joint Secretary and Arun Purohit as Treasurer. The team can build on the association’s existing network through member meetings, mentoring, industrial visits, exhibitions and institutional collaboration.

Continuity and renewal The leadership transition combines the experience of outgoing office-bearers with an opportunity to refresh JAE’s activities. A more active programme of member engagement, clear responsibilities and follow-up on initiatives could strengthen the organisation’s relevance to entrepreneurs. The unanimous election offers a foundation for shared priorities and collective work.

Looking ahead JAE’s challenge is to turn its network into an active platform where entrepreneurs can find guidance, build partnerships and identify opportunities for sustainable growth. The outgoing leaders’ reflections provide institutional context, while Dr. Reddy’s priorities offer themes for future action. Consistent participation and measurable outcomes will be key to the association’s next phase.
