Guncha has always had a knack for learning and exploring, which has helped her rise to greater heights since her college days. Guncha was fascinated by various Trainers in the market who worked in the fields of Career Guidance, Personal Development, and Image Consulting and began her career as a student trainer in her college days. Guncha is a firm believer in seizing any opportunity that presents itself, so she attended a variety of conferences, seminars, and training programmes. Guncha began working on herself after being inspired by various distinguished Guest Speakers. She placed a high value on YouTube for her learning and development, where she followed various market leaders. It wasn’t long before Guncha began providing free training to students and working professionals.Guncha took a career leap in 2019 and 2020 by offering Pro-Bono training.
During the Covid, Guncha made it a point to work on self-growth and development every day, and as a result, she is on the verge of receiving certification in the Training and Guidance that she provides. She has been in the industry for nearly two years, providing training and guidance. She began her career in the industry as a full-time Human Resources (HR) professional, which helped her understand the various mindsets and personalities that people possess.
