Mohd Azam Imadi is the founder and CEO of Imadi Autocare Private Limited. He started his venture on 06/07/2021 on the occasion of his father’s birthday.
He has two school friends who have joined this venture. The aim of a start-up was to bring comfort, convenience, quality, and transparency to the Two-wheeler vehicle’s service experience. He was quite dependent on his Motorcycle, and due to lack of time or hassle at services centers, he postponed the service. He had to face breakdowns midway. Sometimes, he got lucky that he didn’t meet any accidents. Based on research provided by the National Highway Transportation Safety Administration (NHTSA), around 20 percent of all traffic accidents are caused in some way by poor maintenance. During his job, he wished a mechanic could come over to his place and service his bike. This gave him an idea of Door Step Two Wheeler Servicing Start-Up.
The major hardship that he faced was training Unprofessional Technicians into professional ones. Many mechanics did not want to come out of their comfort zone of working at the same place. So they interacted with a lot of mechanics and tried to make them believe in their idea.
Currently, they are getting positive responses from their customers. Most of them have liked their idea of doorstep delivery of Bike Servicing.
