There are various freelance motivational speaker jobs in India where salary of a public speaker is paid into different categories and demands by the client.
Although there are no official educational qualification requirements for becoming a motivational speaker or public speaker, having a high school diploma or a college degree preferably in Native language is usually expected.
Individuals who are certified public speakers and taken a certified public speaking course are given preference by corporates due to various dip check and processes.
As a rule, Public speakers are hired on a contractual basis and their pay manner is similar to like those of consultants, who can be associated with several organizations at the same time. On an average, the monthly salary of a Public Speaker can range anywhere between Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 5 lakhs.
