Ayesha Shaik is the UAE's only multi-award-winning, licensed Phonics Teacher Influencer and the Founder and Director of AES Edu Marketing Events Network FZE - UAE, as well as the Director of Ayesha Shaik Edtech Services Pvt Ltd - INDIA. She has collaborated with esteemed national and international brands. Leading an organization of over 55 professionals, she excels in online tutoring, IT and software services, events, branding, marketing, and community building. Under her leadership, AES has established multiple licensed communities. Renowned for her innovative teaching style, she has trained over 4,000 teachers and parents and educated more than 13,000 children. She also spearheads the #AESteachIMillionstudents initiative, dedicated to educating underprivileged children in India and the UAE.

The AES Visionary Excellence Awards 2025, held on February 1, 2025, at the Ramee Dream Hotel, Downtown Dubai, was a magnificent celebration of excellence, innovation, and impact.
