Latika is a Global Professional with expertise in the fields of Risk Management and Banking Operations having held Leadership positions in leading BFSI organizations like CITICORP, ICICI Bank, and the Public Authority for Social Insurance (Ministry of Finance – Sultanate of Oman). After a highly successful Corporate career of over 20 years, Latika chose to branch out on her own and realize her personal desire to give back to society. With this goal, she invested in DIYA EDULABS, as an Implementation Partner, aiming at providing cutting-edge training in the futuristic fields of Robotics and AI to school and college students as well as Corporate executives. She followed this up by co-founding DAKSHA CONSULTANCY – a Mentoring House dedicated to imparting personality development skills to children of all ages and preparing them for a smooth transition from a scholastic life to a Corporate environment.
Latika has leveraged her proven leadership skills by being a dependable beacon of trust providing provided guidance and direction to many youngsters and adults as a Mentor. Her Mentees have gone on to make great strides in their lives and careers and are proof of Latika’s intrinsic qualities as a great motivator and inspirational trainer. Her commitment to enhancing the knowledge levels of school and college children by upskilling them with the latest in technological developments has enabled them to be better prepared to meet the demanding requirements of the future world.Latika has conducted over 5000 Workshops and training sessions on Soft Skills for students at ICT Engineering College, Bharatiya Vidyapeeth, and KPS Group of Institutions amongst many others. Her client list for Training on Banking Operations Processes and Risk Management includes HDFC Bank and Ujjiwan Bank who have appreciated her highly educative and informative sessions. On the Robotics training front, Latika spearheaded a drive to achieve a World Record in conducting a continuous live training session for ….. hours and covering 1500 students. Right from her young days as a school, and later college, student Latika faced many challenges and overcame several hurdles to successfully achieve her personal and professional goals of being a Banker. Starting her career at an Executive level, she educated herself in all aspects of her job by hands-on learning and grew up the hierarchical ladder to becoming an Operations Head at ICICI Bank at a very young age. En route she assimilated many awards and recognitions testifying to her leadership abilities and managerial skills. Despite personal setbacks in her early life, she resolved to be a Post Graduate and with a steely determination and hard work, she earned her MBA degree at the age of 40. Latika has always put her heart and soul into any task that she undertakes and with a missionary zeal ensures the same is completed fully and successfully. Her never-say-die attitude and her intrinsic nature of helping others have been the strong foundations on which she has established and runs both her enterprises bringing immense joy and smiles to the faces of the children, students, parents, and Corporate clients as she drives them to attain her ultimate goal of developing global Indian citizens.
